Short Notice of Port Additional Charges
关于征收港口附加费的紧急通知
Dear valued customer,
尊敬的客户：
As receiving the short notice from Shanghai International Port (Group) Co Ltd, that since Oct. 01, 2011, Marine Safety Agency will entrust Shanghai International Port (Group) Co Ltd to collect the container’s port construction fee. For both import/export containers transit at Shanghai, that carriers are responsible for collecting the container’s port construction fee from clients and passing to Shanghai International Port (Group) Co Ltd, Maersk Line will then start to implement Port Additional Charge since Oct 01, 2011 accordingly.
兹接到上海国际港务(集团)股份有限公司的紧急通知，自2011年10月1日，海事局委托上港集团代收港口建设费，凡在上海中转的进口外贸箱的港口建设费将通过船公司向货主收取，因此马士基航运也将同时自2011年10月1日起相应增收港口附加费。

Import:
Effective Date: October 1, 2011 (Shanghai arrival date)
Scope: Shipments from world to PRE inland ports – Changshu / Changzhou / Chongqing / Jiangyin, Jiangsu / Jiujiang, Jiangxi / Nanchang / Nanjing / Nantong /Shashi, Jingzhou / Taicang / Taizhou / Wuhan / Wuhu / Yangzhou / Yichang / Zhangjiagang /Zhenjiang / Luzhou / Maanshan/ Mawei/ Wenzhou, etc (only applied to all import cargo transit at Shanghai, not including cargo delivered to Shanghai)
进口（实施时间以到达上海港口时间为准）：
通过所有航线从世界各地到达扬子江地区港口的货物，包括常熟、常州、重庆、江苏江阴、江西九江、南昌、南京、南通、荆州沙市、太仓、泰州、武汉、芜湖、扬州、宜昌、张家港、镇江、泸州、马鞍山、马尾、温州等（仅适用于所有在上海中转的进口货物，不包括上海的进口货物）
