In its decree of December 16th, 2008, the Angolan Finance and Transport Ministry decided to increase the Angolan port tariffs as from March 2nd, 2009.
In order to face the increase in our costs in this country, we are compelled to implement an additional port surcharge for containers to all the Angolan ports, i.e. Luanda, Cabinda, Lobito and Namibe.
This APS will be applicable as from April 15th, B/L date.
The APS amount is USD 160/TEU.
