Umm Qasr收取港口拥挤费通知
,从9月22日起(以开航日为准),Umm Qasr征收港口拥挤费,收费标准如下:
Umm Qasr Congestion Surcharge
USD200/TEU. (此费用在起运港收取)
To cope with the major delays occurring when operating at Umm Qasr Port (IRAK), it has been agreed to proceed with the introduction of a Port Congestion Surcharge USD200/TEU.
Payment Implementation date of 22ND September 2008 is base on cargo loading date in Asia origins.
This surcharge applies for all Far East shipments to Umm Qasr, Irak sector and is payable by the local shipper on Prepaid basis (cash) for shipments moving under both CNF and FOB terms.
