接IRA(Informal Rate Agreement)通知,从9月1日起,迪拜港口开始征收港口拥挤费,收费标准如下

In view of heavy congestion and resulting chronic delay in berthing at ports in Dubai, the member lines of the Informal Rate Agreement (IRA) covering trades from the Far East to Dubai are facing scheduling problems and cost increases. In order to highlight the situation and partially recover some of the additional costs being incurred as a direct result of these delays, IRA wish to inform the shipping public of the members’ joint voluntary resolution to apply the following surcharge:

with effect from 1 September 2008
