Notice of Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) as from 01st July 2008

        CMA-CGM servicing the trade from Asia to West Africa will implement a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) to compensate the line in order to facilitate a stable and high level of service quality.

        This PSS will be effective as from July 01st, 2008 to January 25th, 2009, as follows:

                          Effective as from July 01st , 2008 to 25th January, 2009:   

                         USD 200/20¡¯      
                         USD 400/40¡¯
                         USD 400/40¡¯ HC       

         The above PSS will take into effect basis Bills of Lading date.
