法国达飞澳洲航线升级

2008-02-15
ANL Singapore Pte Ltd. will commence the upgrade of its vessels operating in the North East Asia to Australia trade from March 2008 with the deployment of two 4250 TEU vessels. The total upgrade of the service will be completed by May when the third vessel of this class will enter the service.

The “ANL Wyong” and the “ANL Wangaratta” will join the AANA service effective from March. This decision underlines ANL’s continued commitment to the development of this growing and ever important trade lane. These newbuildings are faster and larger  vessels which will enable ANL to offer a more efficient and reliable service in order to meet the requirements of our customers.

Following the completion of the upgrade in May 2008, the AANA service will be streamlined to a five vessel, 35 day round trip rotation. This will significantly improve transit times from Japan, Korea and Central / North China to the East Coast of Australia further highlighting the commitment to provide the best service levels to our clients.

This upgrade will allow ANL to strengthen its position in our traditional markets of
Japan, Korea, China , Hong Kong and Taiwan. Additionally we are now fully equipped
to tap into growing markets of the Pearl River Delta and Yangtze River origins along with
the emerging markets in Northern China.

An official press release will follow in due course.
